Lucinda De Pablos AKA "Cyanide Cindy" was a repeat offender who, during a robbery at Kandle Chemicals suffered an accident that gave her a very dangerous "touch of cyanide".
Cindy had a faithful leutenant / lover nicknamed Lefty.
After a few failures running her own criminal gang, Lucinda was recruited by Ah Ku into his Weird Circle. However, Cyanide Cindy ended up reforming and becoming a member of the Young Heroes (she was actually on parole in the team's custody).
Cindy's skin exudes a cyanide-based compound, which is almost invariably lethal to anyone she touches. In contrast, she is immune to cyanide poisoning.
