Private detective Terry Gardner, a former Marine sergeant and former wrestling champion, was investigating the disappearance of a man named Wilmer. Wilmer in turn was pursued by two hired assassins, Maxim and Nada, who sow chaos and death wherever they go. One of the couple's victims is a gypsy whose pet parrot named Snoop is adopted by Terry. The bird has a habit of saying strange phrases, for example "The Timberwolf will be the Master of the Twilight." However, Gardner thinks about this phrase and, inspired by the emergence of paranormal heroes, decides to become one, the Twilight Timberwolf.
Terry is a champion wrestler and has received extensive training as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He also has great detective skills and has the invaluable help of Snoop and his strange nonsensical phrases that, in the end, always end up making all the sense in the world.
